Two-story composite deck system on a brick home: an upper deck for sun-soaked lounging and a lower under-deck patio with a stone-clad outdoor kitchen and grilling station beside the pool.

Jefferson is a two-story deck system designed so the homeowners get two completely different outdoor spaces in the same footprint. The upper deck is the open, sunny space with composite decking and black aluminum railings — great for morning coffee or summer entertaining. The lower under-deck patio is the workhorse: shaded, stone-clad outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill, finished tile flooring, and an open connection to the pool deck. Black metal fencing ties the pool enclosure into the rest of the build. Every level is reachable from the home so the whole space gets used.
