Cascade is an elevated deck that turns a tricky grade change into a feature. Brown wood-grain composite decking sits on a tightly engineered frame, the perimeter is wrapped in a clean white picture-frame border, and black aluminum balusters keep the sight lines wide open. A long staircase runs down from the deck to a stone patio at grade so the homeowners can move between the upper outdoor living space and the yard without a long walk around. Composite decking means the look stays sharp without re-staining year after year.
